  • Recalculation activities;
  • Services concerning seconded, terminated/reinstated staff, EMENS and DMA (data to be sent by Italian employers to social security bodies);
  • Help desk assistance;
  • Advisory services;
  • Mission management;
  • Staff budget;
  • Management of financial reporting data.

These services also include mandatory statistical reporting and the management of relevant taxes (CUD, 770, F24, M10/2).

Administration, Accounting and Control

Value-added services in the management of the administrative cycle of incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as ancillary services to the administrative departments of companies. Specifically, these services cover:

  • Management and maintenance of the suppliers/providers database with recording and update of key data, such as: company name, VAT code, payment and collection methods
  • Purchase and sale invoicing managed electronically
  • Keeping of corporate books
  • Management of recording of accounting documents relating to purchase processes, such as Purchase order (PO, Italian acronym: ODA), delivery of goods (or service provision), purchase invoices
  • Reconciliation of invoice payment flows

Loan Management
