C-Global is a market leader for the provision of operating Outsourcing global services. The wide and deep range of services it provides and its structured and advisory approach ensure success of various types of projects for business transformation, reduction of operating expenses and optimization of operations.
It was set up in 2007 within the Cedacri Group and resulted from the merger of four important companies operating in the outsourcing sector, such as Ge.Po. S.p.A., Back office Service S.r.l., Cedacri.Net and C.S.A.B., for the specific purpose of designing and providing full and diversified solutions for banks, financial institutions, manufacturing and service companies. The solutions provided, which are structured so as to cover a wide range of process areas, have been fine-tuned and enriched over time and today allow C-Global to be a global partner and provider for different Customers.
The variety of the services provided ranges from back office management to Contact Center services and from Document Management to E-money services.
Thanks to its model, which is up to the best market standards and is based on methods that have been designed to improve operating efficiency and customer experience, C-Global is a reliable partner for the design and management of both vertical solutions and more complex and structured projects for sourcing selection and coordination.
Presently, C-Global has three branches, which are located in Collecchio (PR), Castellazzo Bormida (AL) and Assago (MI). In addition to these, there is an extensive network of production sites, which allows C-Global to be always close to its Customers during the most delicate processing phases, as well as a more accurate quality and efficiency control by the Bank and a material reduction of expenses for the transport of documents and materials.
